I commute 5 days a week. 4 out of 5 days there is a delay. I now prefer to drive because I can’t be late to work every day. Not to mention the back pain from sitting on a 20+ year old train for an hour and a half. Costing me a lot of money for this companies incompetency. Your train service is disgusting. Do better.
