Very happy!! Rang support and the technician arrived within two days and found several issues with the original installation. Our speeds went from an unreliable 25mbps to a consistent 90mbps. They have also offered compensation for the previous lack of speed etc.
Dealing with Grapevine and Transact is the technological equivalent of being held to ransom by a thug. …
Deplorable since moving to IINET. I still remember the amazing TRANSACT days when businesses had their own Canberra based Rep who would visit and resolve issues. Still waiting for my new Nano SIM. 6 weeks. No contact from them, I've spoken to them twice - just tried to call again, told it would be a 3hr wait to get through.
