The doctor was thorough, explained every detail and made me feel at ease. The nurses were attentive, caring, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable.
Our experience today is far less than 1 star!!! My 85-year-old diabetic father sat for hours and hours in the ‘Planned Procedure Unit’ where I left him after being assured by a nurse that I would be called (next of kin) when he was out and ready for discharge. I had to go back to see how he was as no calls were received. He was not even seen by the doctor. No apologies - just we didn’t forget - we are busy!!

It is heart-wrenching enough that one has to present at the ER but to deal with such callous staff is really in need of immediate intervention.
