We had to visit Dr Alison after Lilly wasn’t feeling like herself after an afternoon walk on the beach. The clinic facilities and amenities were great, and the overall experience was positive. The wait time was minimal, and we were able to get an appointment promptly. Dr Alison and the team saved Lilly's life, and we are grateful for their prompt and effective care. The customer service and staff were excellent, and they provided great value for money. The ambiance and decor of the clinic were pleasant. Overall, it was a great experience at Toukley Veterinary Clinic. 5 stars!
