Firstly, there are so many classes to choose from and the instructors are generally amazing- My favorite is Jane, she always pushes me to my limit and makes the classes so much fun. The gym floor is always clean and well-maintained, and the equipment is top-notch. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the overall experience is fantastic. I highly recommend TotalFusion Newstead Fitness center.
I would give the gym and staff zero stars if I could. I was lured into joining the gym two years ago and was offered a membership that would supposedly include classes and the use of the gym floor for an exorbitant amount each week. I was told that I would have access to all the classes and facilities, but that was not the case. When I tried to attend a class, I was told that it wasn't included in my membership and I would have to pay extra. The staff was rude and unhelpful when I tried to sort out the issue. I ended up cancelling my membership and joining a different gym. Terrible experience overall.
