We lost my brothers invoice (for proof of purchase)for an Ego mower and whipper snipper..when I enquired about a replacement invoice Darren tracked it down and emailed it to me.Great bit of work going the extra yard for me..thanks heaps PC
Got sold wrong tool for job I'm doing. Ask for refund per Australian Consumer Law. Manager tries to argue with me they don't do refunds because I've used the tool. WRONG. Item wouldn't do what I needed therefore not suitable for purpose I'm entitled to refund. Total Tools, total tools.
