Absolutely useless in store customer service, & horrible online sales service. It took me 1 month to get a couple power tools in that their website said was in stock. I ended up refunding the items & purchasing elsewhere.
Just had such a great experience with Preston, he was incredibly helpful and did his best to answer my questions Very knowledgeable, such a credit to your store
