From first contact in the showroom we felt well taken care of. The product is superior to the alternatives in the market, you can just feel the quality when you get the samples. There were multiple changes along the way and due to family circumstances we had to postpone the installation a few times, but Tongue & Groove Flooring was very understanding and accommodating. The installation process went smoothly and we are extremely happy with the results. The floor looks amazing and we have received many compliments on it. Overall, we highly recommend Tongue & Groove Flooring.
Sold as a premium quality flooring and not sealed properly so everything stains them. Not suitable for use in homes, kitchens, office etc. Dog urine, oil, cheese - absolutely anything that touches the floor other than water stains it even if you wipe it up within minutes. It also warps when subjected to moisture so you can't mop them. The company ignores their emails and issues and thinks Norton phone cases and (so called valid generic) arbitration notices are the solution here. Do not buy products from them.
