I am a relatively new climber. Guys spent almost 3 hours with me going over different gear, options etc.. Very knowledgeable and patient helping me navigate to ensure I get the right gear...Highly recommend this place!!
Fantastic store with a large variety of equipment/gear for outdoor activities. As a beginner climber with no idea for what I needed maddie provided good knowledge for the questions I had while also being patient. The rest of the staff are also nice and helpful too.
Needed cross country ski hire. Lots of help while I tried various sizes of boot. Could hire wider width skis to match the boots that fit best, but this shop does not hire out narrower track gear in my size, maybe because narrower skis and track gear available close to & at Victorian resorts.
