Highly recommend Ally, aka Pain relief lady. She is highly skilled in multiple body work modalities and is also a qualified counsellor and life coach. I have attended a variety of sessions with her both at her studio and over the phone. She helped me to release emotional and physical pain and provided valuable insights and guidance. Ally creates a safe and caring space for her clients and I always leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and uplifted. Cannot recommend her enough!
