The Reef Bar Cafe reviews
Firstly the staff are soooo friendly and lovely. Helped us move a table to be in the sun as it was such a lovely morning we wanted to be in the sun. I order the healthy Benedict with bacon that probably then made it unhealthy ha ha. It was …
Don’t order the fish and chips unless you’re happy to pay adult prices for a kids meal. Crumbed fish is supposed to be a fillet not 4-5 nuggets, if you don’t have enough just say so! Thankfully I had some tasty beers at the Maggie Island Brewery so the experience wasn’t completely horrible. Be Better…..
Super friendly, wonderful position looking out over Picnic Bay past the Banyan figs. Great coffee. And Japanese food, so delightful (check availability).

The staff at The Reef Bar Cafe Restaurant were extremely friendly and helpful. They even helped us move a table to be in the sun. I ordered the healthy Benedict with bacon, which was delicious. The only downside is that it probably made it unhealthy, but that's on me! Overall, great experience.
I would not recommend ordering the fish and chips at The Reef Bar Cafe Restaurant. The portion size was very small and not worth the price. The fish was crumbed nuggets instead of a fillet. Thankfully, I found some good beers at the Maggie Island Brewery to make up for it.
The location of The Reef Bar Cafe Restaurant is amazing, overlooking Picnic Bay past the Banyan figs. The coffee is great and they also offer Japanese food. I had a delightful experience here.
The staff at The Reef Bar Cafe Restaurant are friendly and helpful. They accommodated our request to move to a table in the sun. I ordered the healthy Benedict with bacon, which was delicious. Overall, a great morning.
