The clinicians are excellent. The company (Monarch) is awful, always changing prices, and another example is forcing you to attend psychiatrists but not letting you claim on medicare.
Michael was an excellent technician and my treatment went very smoothly. There was no signage when I arrived at level 4 which would be an easy thing to add - all of the other offices had them so it was a bit odd.
Sophie was really lovely and professional. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and was able to explain all of my questions satisfactorily.
