I have to admit after reading the reviews about The Melbourne Clinic I was very anxious. But after attending the clinic & completing the Get Well Program I believe the treatment there changed my life. The staff were professional and supportive, and the program was well-structured and effective. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend The Melbourne Clinic to others.

I don’t normally write reviews, however I feel I should provide some feedback regarding my experience with one of the reception staff at the consulting suites. I had an appointment scheduled with my psychiatrist but I realised I hadn’t received a reminder email. I called the clinic, and the receptionist I spoke to was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She didn't apologize or seem interested in resolving the issue. It was a disappointing interaction and left a negative impression of the clinic.
