I’m a wholesale customer of KO Shop. I’ve always found them to be extremely helpful and their customer service is excellent. My orders always come very quickly. The products are really good quality and they have a few unique things that sell really well in my shop.
First time using this company. I had a few hick-ups and issues with delivery of my two (2) orders. They used ARAMAX. Both my orders are missing. After several times trying to correspond with The KO Shop the owner has promised to resolve the matter for me. Was nice to see customer service IS important to them.
I have recently visited here after hearing lovely feedback from one of my friends, just to find that the worker on register being very unpleasant and plain right rude. They aggressively viewed me in a negative light based on my astrology …
