VERY disappointed they stopped the knife sharpening service. Please bring it back!!! It brought me to you shop and I always ended up buying more stuff!! Service is always excellent though.
I bought the wrong scales and needed to return them by mail. The young female staff member was so helpful, knew exactly what she was talking about, and the refund went through as promised. If only shopping was always this easy. They have a great range and I love the Japanese knife I bought there. I recommend this store!
