Must be one of the worst customer service you can get. Went once the morning waited for 25 mins and was told there was a booking. So, booked again for 3pm and went there at 2:55 to wait for 20 mins again. The previous customer wanted to get his kid hair done. So total wastage of time = 50 mins. No point of walk in nor booking.
Had a well overdue cut on 31 March from Alex. He did a fantastic job, my hair looks great. Thankyou for your excellent service.
