Easy self check in for new patients very professional. Just have to stay true to opening times. Meeting was in place during operation hours would be good to have these meetings before advertised operation hours. But fast enough after that.
I phoned in to advise I might be 5min late. (My usual) Call was answered as I parked at front, lovely receptionist said not to worry and had checked me in. I still had to wait but that is quite normal anywhere you go. Skincheck Dr Win was kind, respectful and informative. I joked that it was a win win experience. No skin cancer.
Absolute disgrace of a service, first appointment they had me in on time. A week later they were over 45mins late after only being open for an hr. During this time they had two new patients jump in front of the line. When asked they had no answer as to why this was happening. Don't waste your time...unless it's your first appointment.
