I visited this company's bookstore when I was a teenager at high school and experienced very, very cold and rude customer service. When I sent an email to the company detailing my experience, I received no reply at all from The Children's Bookshop. Thank you, seriously, for your clear and immense kindness and consideration.

Staff genuinely care about children's literacy. Range is excellent and service is awesome. They run many activities in the school holidays and on weekends which my son has attended and enjoyed. Books cost a couple of dollars more than at big w but I think it's important to support small businesses that make a big effort.
