What a disappointment! The Big Lobster was extremely crowded and the wait time was ridiculous. The staff didn't seem to care about managing the crowd properly. The experience was ruined by the lack of organization and long lines.
The quality of the food at the Cafe shop was very poor. I was expecting much better considering the reputation of this tourist attraction. The prices were also quite high for the low quality. I wouldn't recommend eating there.
