I found the facilities and amenities at the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisation to be lacking. The waiting area was cramped and uncomfortable, and there were not enough chairs for everyone. The bathroom facilities were also dirty and in need of maintenance. Overall, I was disappointed with the physical environment of the organisation.
