Ughh no option to be served ALL self serve and last time I was there with 4 kids we were made to wait 15-20 minutes at self serve while 4 workers scrambled to find how much one kids book cost as it wouldn't scan then in the end they simply just tried again n it scanned ???? …
Didn't have any warm or affordable clothes in my mum's size (22), looked like they cater for smaller sizes only and when I asked a staff member for help, they simply said "If it's not on the shelf then we don't have it in stock"
