You book online, you have an online ticket which you need to print and bring with you. However, when you arrive at the jetty you have to queue for ages to get your real ticket before you can get on the boat. This whole process is confusing and time-consuming. It would be much more convenient if they could just use the online ticket for boarding. Apart from this inconvenience, the actual whale watching tour was fantastic. The captain and crew were knowledgeable and made sure everyone had a great time.
