Nicely designed. Professional. Very functionable. Staff very helpful. And there were 'runners' who worked the queue and room to guide and help. I arrived with no appointment for an Apostille and found everybody very helpful. Without an appointment, you will have to wait for hours, of course. Not the fault of the office or staff. You can take an 'express' lane, just for certain visas and passports. The only problem is, it's always sticky on the ledge, so you really need to use your knees for support. Also, the benches could be lowered or the monitors raised so that a person can scan more comfortably. And everyone could do with a couple of charging and network points.
