I'm a bit late posting a review but better late than never. I had the 1st service done on my new Kawasaki Z900RS last September by Nathan and his team at SMW. Five ⭐ service by a Five ⭐ team. I can't recommend them highly enough. Nathan and his team have an insatiable appetite for the roar and ambience of outstanding motorcycles! 5 stars!
Managed to embed a piece of hardware into my rear tyre on the way to work. Nathan was on his break, greeted me, talked me through options, massaged his schedule so he could repair it on the spot to get me going. Advised me of another issue that needed to be addressed and gave me a quote, yada yada ... all good, no nonsense service. 5 stars!
