Very poor customer service. There were too many human errors being made by the staff member who we dealt with. Danielle provided a quote and we were happy with it, we then provided card details to authorise payment. However she failed to process the payment in time and another staff member had to intervene to ensure our booking was confirmed. This was a major inconvenience for us and caused unnecessary stress. Overall, the customer service experience was extremely disappointing.
