I lived at Swinnerton in 2018. It is an appalling place to stay and is absolutely not one of the best student accommodation complexes in Melbourne. There was and to my understanding still is an issue with mice and rats that the landlord has not made any effort to resolve. The facilities are outdated and not well-maintained. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
