However, I have to admit that the quality of tuition is great. The value for money is decent. But the university lacks in customer service and staff support. Overall, my personal experience has been mixed.

Lecturers and teachers are also helpful. The facilities and amenities provided are top-notch. The ambiance and decor are also pleasing.
