I just finished an amazing Boot Camp with Coach Claire and Coach Gemma from Swimlab. Over 4 Thursdays I have gained some fabulous insights that have helped me improve my feeling for the water, stroke efficiency and enjoyment of swimming. The weekly practice sessions and conditioning sets really help cement what we learnt.
The swimming coaches are really supportive and the swimming sessions are really good. They help me a lot in my swim journey ! Within first few weeks I can swim half the pool .
