I learned so much during my First Aid training course with SLSWA. The staff and trainers were very polite, professional and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and answer any questions we had. Pricing for various courses was very competitive which is a bonus.

Always not happy to help for simple enquiry. This is life saving place and heart is not there! This is happening for years.

Very unhappy with the Surf Life Saving WA (SLSWA), Balcatta. Unfortunately I was required to do First Aid Course from Curtin University in partnership with SLSWA. At the time of enrolment, upon asking the turnaround time for the statement, I was told 5-6 weeks as it was the busy time for the office. However, it is been almost 9 weeks but nothing yet. I Received the confirmation email on 22 June 2021 along with the invoice and sent my bank statement copy with all the transactions to receive the refund. I been contacting Angela (Course Coordinator) several times after that through email and phone calls. I always get different replies and excuses. They should not make such long promises without any confirmation. They are violating their own policy. After the long wait and apologies they did they never contacted me for any updates about the statement.
