We had a breakdown in September last year(2020) the boiler was 6 months old. I was told parts would be ordered, I called in January and was told because of Covid disruption the parts would be ordered then and delivery in mid May, spoke to L****** M*****, she lied to me, and was in no means helpful. I called again tonight to see what the problem was!!!! it seems we are not a priority, not to Superior Boilers anyway and their representative (L at south Manchester) and have told them to come and collect boiler and fit a competitor, they did not offer an apology, no explanation, no insight into delivery time, and was just generally RUDE!!!!!!
The service and back up from SuperiorBoilers has been fantastic all aspects of boilers covered the engineer made the whole installation process very easy and seamless would highly recommend
Absolutely useless made a 180 mile round trip to North Wales to look at cattle handling equipment tentaively ordered the rotavator for delivery a week later then nothing not a phone call to say it wouldn’t be delivered day 5 no number to call with an explanation out of pocket and 50 bales of old hay from rotavating some molehills and a couple of stray mole worms

When I contacted them for assistance, they were unhelpful and gave me false information about ordering the necessary parts. They also failed to apologize for the inconvenience.
