Both times I spoke to different staff members who were patient, helpful, and informative. They provided updates on the delivery and were able to answer all my questions. They even followed up with me after the bike was delivered to ensure everything was okay. I was very impressed with their level of customer service.

The staff did not provide any updates on the progress and I felt like they did not prioritize my issue. The quality of the repairs was also subpar. I had to bring the bike back multiple times for the same issue before it was finally fixed properly. Overall, I was disappointed with the quality of the products/services and the overall experience.
