Great customer service. I bought a pair of sunglasses and had to change them as i didn’t buy what I intended initially. The lady at the counter was very professional, friendly and understanding. I definitely recommend to buy there.
WORST Customer service EVER!!! Manager being rude and unprofessional! Don’t buy from this store, go to the one in Westfield instead!
I ordered online (pick up from the store). 2 hours later I get an email saying the order has been canceled. When I called and enquired, the customer service team was rude and didnt want to acknowledge that its their fault. Wouldnt buy again from them again. There are multiple online businesses offering better services than Sunglass Hut.
