Tried returning an item to Amazon via this places Parcelpoint. My instructions were clear from Amazon. Present the parcel and code, the agent at the ParcelPpint location will print out the label, put it on the parcel and a way you go. The lady working here would not have a bar of it and refused to print the label. Terrible service.
I was treated with great courtesy. And I was only buying a Coke and $2 chocolate bar.
