Studfields Newsagency reviews
Literally the worst place to go in Melbourne for Sendle Packages! Refused to take large but within regulations packages citing the courier would refuse to pick it up. If a location agrees to be a sendle location they have to accept the rules. Skip this place to avoid issues.
Was verbally abused here. Asked the owner if I could borrow a tiny bit of sticky tape to secure a package and was verbally abused as a customer. After asking kindly if he could next time just tell me they are unable to provide tape, he continued yelling and refusing to calm down. Unacceptable behaviour.
Lost my Amazon parcel that I had sent there to be picked up, got the distincty feeling throug h all the huffing and puffing and swearing that they really didn't want to bother helping me. Got a refund through Amazon, however it is still concerning that they lost a parcel and had no idea where it was.
