I pay my rates through this Bendigo Bank sub branch, to find out they pressed the wrong key so my rates were not put through, when I went to sort the problem out Shelly if she didn't lie about her title, being the old large person began arguing that she didnt even open her bag or say anything the last time I went to the Bendigo Bank branch in Dandenong in around July 2020, then when I asked to see the manager, she ignored me and started screaming that she is the Branch manager, and was being very abusive, when I left the bank, she then kept screaming at me and threatened to call the police, I felt intimidated and felt discriminated against due to my appearance, I am a 55-year-old man, but she just wouldn't stop being abusive.
