My heat pump hot water service would not heat water. I reported it to Stiebel Eltron on Monday and Luke arrived on Thursday morning as promised. After about 20 minutes it was repaired. Luke told me that a wire had come loose on a 'sensor'. The service was prompt and there was no cost to me for this call out. Excellent service.
Good information to be able to time my heater. Person on phone spent time with me and was patient and helpful. Thanks Luke. …
