The in water instructors are fabulous and it's easy to mix up lesson bookings if you need to and as such I have seen great progress to date. After quite a few months in the same level it's been hard to see any improvement, I asked for feedback today from a supervisor and got quite a frosty response and it just breaks your heart.
I can tell that the instructors are perfect and they do great job. There are 2 big issues: first, it’s not clean at all ????♀️????♀️????♀️ and even you could see big rubbish in the water ???? …

The cleanliness of the facility could be improved. There is often rubbish in the water and it's not very pleasant to swim in.
The classes are quite expensive, but the instructors are fantastic and my child has made great progress here.
