Worst experience ! I put my brand new car which was only 8 weeks since picking up from the dealer. I wanted a hand wash service however this is NOT WHAT I GOT! I was told it would only take 40 minutes however after an hour I returned to the car wash to find my car still parked at the exact same spot. The manager apologised and said he would prioritise my car however it was clearly evident that this did not happen. After waiting for another 20 minutes, my car was eventually washed. The worst part is that the quality of the wash was terrible. There were water marks all over my windows and mirrors. The tires were still dirty and the interior was not even vacuumed. I was extremely disappointed with the service and will never return to this car wash again.

Given the wash wasn't nearly as good as other car washes, there's a low chance I'd ever consider paying $37 again for their so-called 'Platinum Clean'. The additional 5 mins notice may have helped us get the dirt off but they'd have to completely eliminate the danger on the road for me to even consider returning.
