I needed a trophy in a hurry for a "Family Awards" night. Did the usual internet search and found the trophy I wanted but it was not in stock in Perth. Enter Taryn who runs Sports Star Trophies. She ordered the item from her supplier in record time and kept me informed as to when she expected it to land in Perth. She promised to have it engraved, finally when it arrived in Perth in the morning, have it engraved, and posted to me that same afternoon. Having told her I might be out, not necessary of course, she sent me a photo before she posted it of my trophy on her bench, engraved, waiting to be packaged. And this was for an $10 trophy. Can’t recommend Sports Star Trophies highly enough.

Absolutely terrible service. Trophy arrived late and was damaged. When I contacted the company about the issue, they were unhelpful and rude. Will never use them again.
