Called about obtaining a quote from them for their professional services. Called to follow up the enquiry about a week later. I was told someone would call me back. Tried a few days later to chase it up again and was presently dismissed. They are obviously too busy to care.

I left my contact details and was told that someone would call me back with a quote. I waited for about a week but no one called me back. I decided to follow up on my enquiry and called again. This time, I was told that someone would call me back soon. However, I never received a call back. I tried a few more times to get a quote but I was always dismissed. It seems like they are too busy to care about new customers.
