Just purchased a new Tiguan from James at Southern VW and had a fantastic experience. James was great to deal with and I would highly recommend buying a car through James and Southern VW. James was professional, prompt and really easy to deal with and was really detailed during the delivery of our new vehicle.
I am left bitterly disappointed by the service I have received from Frank (manager) in the service department. Promised warranty repair not delivered upon and wait times for services/ attempted repair well beyond communicated (in one case 4 hours beyond the longest wait communicated to me). Frank has made no genuine effort to rectify the issue and bring me back as a customer.
