Wait times are pretty extreme, expect 2+ hours rather than the 1 hour they’ll tell you it’ll take. Staff are friendly and understanding. Definitely need to work on time management, there were 20+ appointment times when I booked. They clearly do not have the capacity for this. At least they provide crackers and water though, lol.

The staff and doctors are very professional and nice. I spent less than two hours to finish all my processes. The waiting time was not that long but acceptable.
