Absolutely agree with the bullying comment from Barbara . Worked there 2O yrs ago thinking it was a reputable company working for charity. I did extremely well on sales believing in good I was doing! I resigned when I became aware of lack of integrity!! Was so disgusted with the owner!! Ask him how much is given to the Charity???

Absolutely agree with the bullying comment from Barbara. I worked at Smart Health Australia 20 years ago, thinking it was a reputable company working for charity. I did extremely well on sales, believing in the good I was doing. However, I resigned when I became aware of the lack of integrity. I was disgusted with the owner and questioned how much is actually given to the Charity. It's a shame that a company that claims to be helping others is actually misleading people.

I am a former employee at Smart Health Australia. When I joined, I was treated with respect, and the trainee was incredibly supportive and helpful. However, I don't feel the manager/boss treats his staff equally. As someone new, who had a lot to learn, I sometimes felt ignored and belittled by him. The work environment became toxic and it affected my overall experience at the company.

Most toxic place I have ever worked. The manager Sam in my opinion is a massive bully and treats her staff abysmally. The whole business seems highly unethical to me. I asked my supervisor why I could find no trace of a facility we were meant to be supporting and was told to mind my own business. It's a complete sham.
