Without a doubt they're the best brewers in Australia if not the world. All their beers are outstanding! I'm yet to visit the brewery but often buy their beer from a bottle shop I'm Newcastle. The best, ingredients and flavours created with nothing but passion. Looking forward to visiting the brewery soon.
Minimalistic cellar door brewery. Some of the most interesting beers you will get in Sydney, with some real crackers up their sleeves. Staff were very friendly, beers are top notch. Fancy glassware adds to the premium feel of this establishment. Update: Even better during the night with a fire, highly recommended!
