Good coffee, but hit and miss with the customer service. My 12 yr old daughter said it perfectly with " the staff never seem happy".
Went drive through, wait was not too bad however when returned home order was incorrect and cold. I rang the shop to let them know, only to have girl laugh about it. Very poor customer skills, obviously no care for customers and poor work ethic.
Sleepless have a great owner who is passionate about coffee, however sometimes I feel that the staff don't share that same passion. Takeaway coffees are always really average (burnt or too milky), iced lattes …
