Stopped here on our travels, we had the absolute best steak sandwich ever. Went back in to see if they had anything appropriate to feed the dog and the staff cooked up a huge box fresh nuggets and other things but refused to charge us! Best service, great food!
Very rude old lady at the service desk. Easy to tell she’s not happy with her job and she didn’t give us discount on Shell discount card. Not happy customer Shell team ☹️
Beware, unleaded pump has black handle usually on a Diesel. Partially filled our tank before realising. Staff well aware of issue and said it happens all the time. Suggested they put a sign on it. Negative respose to that idea. Go Shell ......NOT
