We drove 2000 km's to see the Railway Heritage centre and have had this on my to do list for 40 years. I emailed twice in 5 weeks to ask for a tour. I arrived on a planned 5 day period at Seymour, and was met at the office. I was advised that restoration of carriages was going on and was the only person to visit the museum and cause them to open the carriages even though I was the only person there crushed by this person obduracy, never again the staff have an off putting attitude as though some of them didn't want me to visit.
