Working with a Natural Capital business who most unfortunately decided to use their facilities for a short period of time I am appalled at the distinct lack of commercialism and ethics in their business model. I have advised my other clients to avoid as they would the plague.
I have been with ServCorp Adelaide for 3 years. Recently, my debit card details were stolen and the card had to be cancelled. Having missed one payment after 3 years until a replacement card arrived, Servcorp unashamedly charged me $42 card …

Not the response I would expect from an organisation that claims a culture of looking after their clients. Quite disappointing.
