The guy that came out and serviced our septic system is really nice and professional. The lady in the office needs to do a business course. She doesn’t know customer service or customer communication. She’s rude and unprofessional.

We had a septic fault on a Saturday. Rang in the morning and by 12.. Robert came out .. showed and fixed the problem in no time ... very honest and professional guy , nothing fazed him... i would highly recommend septic solutions and espically Robert to anyone .. to the owners Robert is a asset !!!!!
