What a gem of a find to come across Sentinel Caravan Repairs. It all started with a request to replace the water tank on my little vintage caravan and it wasn't a straight forward job but Noddy and the team got it done. I had a little bit of doubt in the beggining if it would work, but I'm glad I called them. I'm really happy with the result. Great job!
We left on our holidays and broke down on the hume due to wheel bearing on caravan. We googled caravan repair companies and being 1230pm on a Saturday Noone was open and we found sentinel was 24hrs so called them. I spoke to Rodney (aka Noddy) and he was NOT busy doing anything else and advised us to pull over and he would be there within the hour as it wasn't far from his shop. He turned up and gave us a call and went out of his way to make sure everything was fixed and he wasn't just going to fix without us being happy with it. Once it was all good to go and on our way he called us later in the day to check up on us and make sure everything was going good. He also called us the next day to see if we were ok and if it is still working fine. HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE is A1 and that alone caused me to look them up and give them 5 stars. If I have any other issue with my caravan there isn't any1 else I'd go to.

He went above and beyond to fix our caravan wheel bearing and ensured that we were happy with the work.
